Owner/Operator | Brandon Rogers considers it divine appointment that he fell into the custom home building business but his passion for people and attention to detail has made Country Villa Custom Homes what it is today.
Brandon is a career Firefighter/Paramedic, husband to his beautiful wife Jennifer, and father of a precious little girl named Jemma. He strives to bring his clients the same level of customer service that is expected of him as a first responder. Brandon understands the importance of having a home where you and your family can feel safe. It is the driving factor in his dedication to never sacrifice on the quality of your home down to every detail. Every home built by Brandon and his team is completely custom allowing each client to tailor their homes to their specific budget needs and design. Each home built by Brandon is energy efficient consisting of complete spray foam encapsulation, variable speed HVAC systems, and built with only premium materials. His team focuses on staying on the forefront of current building trends and better building practices.
Brandon has been around construction the majority of his life from new home building to custom pools and outdoor living spaces. He was raised in a strong faith based family and son of a pastor. He admires his fathers genuine love for people of every background. Brandon constantly strives to emulate this love for people by building not just custom homes but also relationships with every client. He vows to always keep the what is in best interest of his clients above all else recognizing that building a home is the single biggest investment a family will make.

Wade Meeker, Project Manager
Wade grew up in Buda, TX and as a young kid truly found his passion for working with his hands. Some of his earliest memories include building with his dad and tinkering in the shop. He was raised as an avid outdoors man and loves to fish and hunt. He met his beautiful wife Tiera in 2017, and they married in 2018. Wade has years of experience in the construction industry. He worked for Catalina Construction for 15 years in Austin. He has been a part of the Country Villa team since July 2020 and is now the Project Manager. His love for woodworking stands strong. As often as he can, he enjoys using his carpentry skills to help finish out homes as needed. Wade is proud to work with Country Villa and looks forward to serving you.
Jennifer Rogers, Office Manager
Jen grew up in DeSoto, Tx until moving to Midlothian, Tx in 2001. Upon graduation in 2008 Jen was awarded a volleyball scholarship to Clarendon Junior College where she earned her Associates Degree in Science. Her compassion for helping others continued after college as she earned her certificate as a Certified Nurse Assistant and worked on the Intensive Care Unit at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. In between she met her husband, Brandon (Owner/President of Country Villa Custom Homes and Firefighter/Paramedic). They married in 2017 and making Maypearl, Tx their home, they welcomed a beautiful, smart, sassy, and outdoor loving baby girl the following year. Jen loves being a Stay-At-Home-Mom, but her love of Interior Design, strong organizational skills, and outgoing personality is drawn to helping her husband as Country Villa’s Office Manager. Jen gives 110% to all she does, and you will experience this same commitment when working with/for you behind the scenes.
